Glenn leads EDQ's Infrastructure Services team, providing strategic direction and technical expertise on critical infrastructure matters. With extensive experience in complex urban infrastructure and engineering, Glenn oversees the development and implementation of infrastructure planning strategies, policies, and technical services. His leadership ensures the effective delivery of solutions across water, sewer, stormwater, roads, and parks for a wide range of development projects.

Glenn actively champions innovation, driving the exploration of new technologies and approaches to infrastructure development that establish new benchmarks for the industry. He leads financial modelling and complex negotiations with councils and developers, ensuring balanced and positive outcomes for EDQ.

Glenn's industry and government networks allow him to provide expert advice to the Deputy Premier, Economic Development Board, Departmental Director-General, and other key stakeholders.
