1. Bundamba Infill Development Opportunity - Land for Sale

EDQ has released three future proposed super lots totalling 4.09 hectares of land in Bundamba.  The land will offer development-ready land to support the delivery of new housing and services, catering to the growing Ipswich catchment:

  • Two super lots for medium-density residential development
  • One super lot for a neighbourhood centre – supporting uses such as supermarket/convenience, retail, commercial, health services, and community facilities.

All lots will be fully serviced with enabling infrastructure delivered by EDQ. This release is part of EDQ's strategic land supply pipeline to support housing, access to essential services and connected communities.
