Development Assessment Report Card
Our track record
EDQ is ambitious to deliver homes at scale and pace for Queenslanders. We are tracking our performance and to ensure transparency we will be publishing our monthly statistics. Data is being collated from 1 July 2025 with the release of the first months statistics in mid-August 2025.
Measures of success
Performance will be tracked against our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as we assess, approve and support new development applications. Stay tuned for our latest results regarding key services, such as pre-lodgment, engineering, plan sealing and infrastructure charges.
