EDQ is committed to delivering high-quality developments that meet the diverse needs of Queensland across mixed use, residential and enterprise sites and precincts.

To achieve this, we facilitate and deliver complex developments and enabling infrastructure to support private sector investment and community outcomes.

Our Project Delivery capability realises the vision and outcomes for the precinct or site, in most cases as master developer.  This requires us to manage stakeholders; achieve all approvals; design, procure and manage construction of infrastructure and assets. Depending on the asset type, once delivered we will provide development ready sites for industry, hand over infrastructure assets to local authorities and utilities providers, or own and managed the property asset ourselves when it meets government priorities.

EDQ supports the creation of liveable, sustainable, and inclusive places. Our leadership in project facilitation and demonstration ensures that each development project contributes positively to economic, social, and environmental outcomes​​.

To support industry development, EDQ has land for sale and lease in several locations across the state for a variety of uses and ranges in size to meet the needs of our partners. This includes land in:

  1. Enterprise  Precincts:
    1. Industrial estates: to support the retention of existing industry and attract new business investment.
