Blue Ridge, Blackwater
Commenced in 2012, Blue Ridge is located two minutes from the town of Blackwater and consists of over 200 homes.
This residential development is surrounded by nature with a range of homes on varying lot sizes. The estate has views to the Blackdown Tableland National Park, a place of spectacular sandstone scenery with gorges and waterfalls, all within close reach to the Blackwater town centre.

They form part of your land sales contract and approval must be sought in addition to, not in lieu of, other statutory requirements. Interpretation of the provisions of the design guidelines is at the absolute discretion of Economic Development Queensland.
Building and/or landscaping work must be constructed or carried out in accordance with the design guidelines written approval, approved plans and any special conditions. Economic Development Queensland reserves the right to request evidence from the buyer/builder demonstrating compliance with these guidelines.

Bushlark Grove, Moranbah
Bushlark Grove is located in Moranbah, approximately 150 km south-west of Mackay in North Queensland. Commenced in 2011, the community comprises approximately 175 homes.
Bushlark Grove, Moranbah has delivered an ecologically sustainable residential development in close proximity to the Moranbah town centre, local schools, Moranbah Hospital and a number of sporting fields.
Working with a range of builders from both Moranbah and Mackay, Bushlark Grove delivered a new option for home buyers in Moranbah, providing modern and convenient living.

Fitzgibbon Chase, Fitzgibbon
Fitzgibbon Chase is a master planned community located in Fitzgibbon, 13 km north of the Brisbane CBD and minutes from public transport, shopping and other amenities. Commencing in 2009, it was designed to deliver low, medium and high-density housing to meet the community's needs, both in terms of affordability and choice of home. In total, 1350 homes were delivered.
