Yeerongpilly Green

The transformation of the 14 hectare former Animal Research institute into a charming urban village is underway. When complete, it will include a mix of residential, retail, commercial and community sites, public spaces and greater connectivity to public transport.

So far, the project has delivered:

• A boutique retail centre anchored by Woolworths;
• 24 townhouses;
• Restoration of the existing timber heritage building;
• More than $30M worth of community infrastructure, including:
  • Roads;
  • Pedestrian friendly connection to the Yeerongpilly train station;
  • Community parklands.

There are a range of mixed use and residential lots to be developed.
