The Albert Street Cross River Rail (CRR) Priority Development Area (PDA) was declared on 14 December 2018. The PDA was declared at the request of the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority (CRRDA) to assist with the delivery of the CRR project at Albert Street.
Priority Development Areas (PDAs) are a housing delivery powerhouse, with EDQ’s PDA program being expanded in response to Queensland’s housing shortfall.
The Minister for Economic Development Queensland (MEDQ) keeps a register of PDA planning documents, as required under section 172 of the Economic Development Act 2012. This includes documents that are no longer in effect.
