Parkside Yeronga

The Yeronga Priority Development Area (PDA) is approximately three hectares and is located on the corner of Villa Street and Park Road in Yeronga.​

The site is located near an arterial road network, rail and bus services.​

The redevelopment of the site includes a newly constructed community centre for Yeronga.  Future development will include a diverse mix of residential options including 169 retirement living apartments, 75 social and affordable housing units and 37 custom designed town homes and improved active transport in and around the site.
