A new residential precinct has been approved within Mirvac’s Everleigh development, unlocking 354 new homes in the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area (PDA).
The 53.4-hectare subdivision is located on the eastern edge of the development and will support a mix of terrace and detached homes, with lot sizes ranging from 180m² (terrace) to 775m² (detached).
The precinct will also include new parks and green space, as well as a future state secondary school site to be transferred to the Department of Education.
This approval is part of the 8,003 development applications for lots and homes approved by EDQ in the 2024-2025 financial year.
We are proud to be working closely with our industry partners like Mirvac and Logan City Council to deliver more homes for Queenslanders, sooner.
