This approximately 8.8-hectare development-ready site offers an opportunity to deliver a new residential community in the heart of Hervey Bay, with capacity for approximately 175 homes supporting around 400 future residents.

As the first Hervey Bay site to be released through the Land Activation Program (LAP), it forms part of a coordinated pipeline of housing delivery aimed at increasing housing supply across Queensland.
