Partner with EDQ

EDQ is seeking visionary developers to deliver homes, commercial spaces, and vibrant public realms across these precincts. EDQ provides access to strategic sites, clear assessment pathways, and the support needed to move from planning to delivery.

The Process

Registration will facilitate access to a confidential data-room containing due diligence information on the site, allowing proponents to work up and submit their detailed proposals.

Proposals are encouraged for all housing opportunities including for families, retirees and key workers and can encompass all or just part of the site.

EDQ will identify a shortlist of proposals and work with them individually or as a consortium to develop the proposals into shovel-ready development agreements.

Note regarding the Former Visy Site: While the Visy facility remains operational today, vacant possession will be available from March 2027 by which time the planning and pre-development work is expected to have been substantially progressed ready for site activation.
