Our track record

EDQ is ambitious to deliver homes at scale and pace for Queenslanders. To ensure transparency, we are now publishing monthly performance statistics, beginning with data from 1 July 2025.

Measures of success

Performance will be tracked against our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as we assess, approve and support new development applications. Stay tuned for our latest results regarding key services, such as pre-lodgement, engineering, plan sealing and infrastructure charges.
