Sally Mlikota

Ms Mlikota is the Managing Director of CBC Staff Selection, a specialist recruitment firm operating across Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton and regional Queensland. With a career in recruitment spanning London, Hong Kong and Sydney before settling in Far North Queensland in 1999, Ms Mlikota brings an international perspective and deep regional understanding to everything she does. She is also Managing Partner of Aussie Locums, a national allied health recruitment agency.

A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Ms Mlikota has held board and leadership roles across the Cairns Chamber of Commerce, the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association, and the Cairns Business Women’s Club. She serves as Honorary Consul to Sweden in Far North Queensland, and has been a long-standing mentor and community contributor across the region. Ms Mlikota holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Geography and Economics from the University of Leicester.
