Emma McCaughey

Ms McCaughey is a Chartered Professional Engineer with 20 years of experience across major civil infrastructure projects in transport, marine, power, oil and gas, mining and building. Currently serving as Head of Client and Strategy — QLD & PNG at CPB Contractors, Ms McCaughey combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, driving business development, client engagement and innovation across Queensland and PNG.

Ms McCaughey holds Chartership with Engineers Australia across three disciplines — Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, and Leadership and Management — and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland. She serves on the Board of Professional Engineers Queensland and the QLeave Building and Construction Industry Board, and was recently recognised with the Queensland Volunteering Award for Community Impact. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Ms McCaughey has founded and led numerous initiatives to advance women in construction at both a company and industry level.
