Bundamba Infill Development Opportunity
EDQ has launched a Registrations of Interest (ROI) process for three future proposed super lots totalling 4.09 hectares of land in Bundamba, as part of its commitment to support housing supply and giving Queenslanders a place to call home.
The three future proposed super lots will offer development-ready land for private sector-led housing and retail / commercial projects. EDQ has conducted preliminary assessments for required infrastructure, including roads, drainage, water, sewerage, and power. Development applications will be assessed by Ipswich City Council through standard planning and approval processes, independent of the ROI.
Interested parties are encouraged to register their interest by Friday 19 September 2025 at 4:00PM (AEST). Colliers has been engaged as the transaction advisors for this initiative.
