On 24 April 2015, the Deputy Premier and Minister for Transport, Minister for Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning and Minister for Trade exercised her ministerial call in powers and called in the development application for the Cedar Woods development at Upper Kedron (Brisbane City Council).

On 7 May 2015, the applicant was given an request for further information (PDF icon 187 KB) to assist the Minister in her reassessment of the application.

The Deputy Premier and Minister for Transport, Minister for Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning and Minister for Trade approved the development application for preliminary approval in part and approved the development permit for reconfiguring a lot for Stage 1 in part, both subject to conditions, and refused the development permit for reconfiguring a lot for Stage 2.
